Projects
Interactive Scam Play
As part of the Center for NYC Neighborhoods’ anti-scam campaign, I proposed an interactive play to MONTH2MONTH. The play was accepted and performed in May 2016. The play sought to show the audience how hard it is to differentiate between true help and a scam, in order to minimize the stigma of being scammed and raise awareness about free help available.
Website Management and Branding
While working in the Center for NYC Neighborhoods’ Communication Department I managed the creation or redesign of the Center’s six websites, including user testing, content creation, design, development, and maintenance. I also assisted in running associated marketing campaigns.
Project Examples:
the Center’s Homebuyer Guide, with accompanying Homebuying Calculator
rebranding of anti-scam campaign funded by the NY Attorney General’s office from AGScamHelp to HomeownerHelpNY
oversaw all published materials as the brand expert for the Center
revamped the Center’s Google AdWords account from 50 to over 1,300 hits a month
